Model Yasmin Le Bon: She Looks Amazing at 47

I recently posted on my blog about being inspired by my boyfriend's aunt who looks seriously amazing at 51 years old.  She was so agile, fit, and just glowed.  I am so inspired by women like model Yasmin Le Bon who still look radiant and healthy in their 40's and 50's.  I hope to achieve this in my own life when I get older.  I know it is possible, just like it is for my boyfriend's aunt who simply let's go of stress and takes a holistic approach to remedies and life. I believe beauty truly does come from the inside out.  If you have a beautiful spirit, your outside will stay beautiful as you age. If you don't have a beautiful spirit, it will eventually catch up and turn the outside ugly.
