I often post photos of Gisele Bundchen because to me she embodies a peaceful essence. I have read several articles on Gisele and all address her self-awareness and effort to achieve higher consciousness. She prays over any meal that contains meat thanking the animal for giving it's life for her. She is in tune with her spiritual side and the universe and does no use conventional religion to be in tune with spirit. The images above strike me because she just glows. It is evident that she lives in the moment. She is just with her little boy enjoying time with him and the ocean. She seems relaxed and at ease. She embodies serenity and calm. This is all that she has spoken about.
